Structure:
RCC framed structure designed by a recognized structural engineer and designed for seismic zone III.
Walls:
All interior walls will be smoothly plastered and finished with 2 coats of oil bound distemper/luster paint. Exterior walls will be finished with acrylic based paint with tiles dado in selective places as per the architect design to give an elegant look.
Flooring:
Vitrified tiles for living, dining, for bedrooms, balconies, and kitchen and foyer areas (24” x 24”). Anti-skid/MATT ceramic tiles will be laid for all toilets. (12” x 12”)
