You have not mentioned the area. From the above post it seems no common facilities had been provided to buyers. So it is just any other ordinary apartment. And you should not go more that Rs. 2000/sft.
Price seems to be OK, but the value provided is a BIG zero. No commitments, false marketing practices to sell the flats , lazy contractors, non- interested builder,zero commitments , wt else i can say....want to know the picture exactly, just visit the apartment ..
JUNK BUILDER, price seems to be avg but has delay in construction... has committed to give all amenities but none of approved and none of provided. require to do lot of supervising (follow-ups) to get work done from supervisor. Zero commitments!
They are a bunch of cheats from Hyderabad.
- They promised possession in Dec 09 but its nowhere complete as of June 10
- luxury amenities are not approved and scrapped
- ~50k of hidden costs
- Extremely low quality of fittings and finishing
- Building external color is eyesore.
If you don't trust, visit the site and talk to owner - even better, take a look at the flats yourself.
Hi, I have been looking at this project and the construction quality looked OK. They are saying that the expected completion date is March 2010 with 2-3 months grace period for the amenities and other development work. Their 3 bedroom plan looks good with 1675 and 1545 sq.ft areas. They are quoting around 48Lakhs for 1675 sq ft flat inclusive of registration. Does this price looks ok in this area? Since this is the 1st project of this builder in bangalore, am not sure if I should go ahead or not. If anybody has booked a 3bhk flat over here could you please let me know if all the other paperwork is fine here or not?
This Builder is not from Chennai, but from Hyderabad. But I couldn't find any Authentic info about this Builder on the net. Has somebody spoken to the builder? Balaji Developers is a very common name
