Balaji Developers

Q: Hi... Looks like Balaji Developers are coming up with other Constructions in other parts of Bangalore and I am interested in buying them. I know that there were some problems with the completion of this apratment - like this was not done on time and full facilities promised were not given, etc. Is that the case still? Can some of the residents let me know whether you are satisfied with the facilities and dealings?

Please do not go with this builder, Unprofessional and Purely non-technical and non-manageable builder.
He is an Yet another Andhra based scam builder roaming in bangalore.

Even no one is happy in Balaji Elegance project as well.

Please think twice before booking !!

Any one has booked the apartment in Balaji Developers Casa Blanca project. Same builder has completed Pristine project and Elegance project is on going.

They are offering 3300 Per sqft. We can form group of all buyers and interested buyers to communicate.
