construction quality

Q: Hi i visited the project and am interested in buying a flat there. can anyone give a feedback about the quality of construction? The internal walls (the non load-bearing) ones are actaully 4 inches thick. Is this enough? How about the condition of other projects done by Manjunath, the builder? He has done some projects in south bangalore, has anyone visited them?
