Q: Hi all, I am planning to buy 1 flat at Poorva Residency. I wanted to get some info related to builder, construction quality, promptness in delivery schedule etc. And this community looks like the perfect place to ask this question. Thanking all of you in advance!

I have got possesion after 9 later from the promised day :-( ... I have been staying there from past 6 months and facing problem of seapage and electric board coming out of wall even with a harder door lock
