Unable to attend Poorva Residency meetings.
Q: Hello, I am vishal Kolhe owning a property F-904 at Poorva residency, I reside in Mumbai so unable to attend meetings. I request you keep me posted on the updates Water, power and Drainage issue.

If you unable to attend the Poorva Residency meetings, you can get minutes or record of the proceedings of meeting held in Poorva Residency. For this you will have to contact Managing Committee (MC) for copy of the minutes or else I think you can get all the updated information from your neighbors who had attended the meeting.

Q: builder is asking to pay service tax.. but the case is still pending with the high court.

Q: Hi i am intrested to buy 2 bhk flat in F tower.I want to know about the builder,construction qulity and other facilities.I have heard abour some probs in electric board and fittings..? owners are still facing it? Is builder solving your problems tenatively? im pimple saudagar all schems are at 3500..He is giving me 2900 because of group booking of 6 flats...i will not get lesser rate than this in Pimple Saudagar..should i go for booking it or not?..I also liked 1 flat in Sukhwani elmwoods and 1 in Namarat Magic..htey are quoting 3350 and 3200 respectively..who is better builder? are they better than tejas estates..for which builder i should go? Pleas ehlp me out to make my decisio if you have any idea..thanks in advance

Q: I have bought my flat in Poorva residency of Tejas Real Estate Developer, I had the WORST experiences ever I had with anyone... He literally given me a mental tourture as a penalty of buying flat from him... I wish I can revert back my decision of buying flat from him :(

Latest Answer: Construction quality is not good as well as fiitings are not that gr8 too .. I have been staying there from past 6 months and facing problem of seapage and electric board coming out of wall even with a harder door lock
