Purab Manor is BDA approved

There are deviations everywhere. They were even building a 7th floor on an approved 6 floor plan. Last week they even started constructing 2BHK apartments between A & B blocks, which is completely illegal. Upon questioning, this is what they said, "This is our land and we will do whatever we want".

Don't buy from them. The builders are cheaters and will take you for a ride. You go see yourself. It is shabby. They promise a lot, but don't give anything. Don't waste your money. The offer/price may look tempting, but are surrendering yourself to the builder and his gundas for that money.

Save yourself and get a better place.
