Booking refund Sobha lake garden
Q: I have Booked 1BHK in Sobha Lake garden, but cancellation is really becoming difficult it would be of great help if someone in sobha can help me in getting the booking amount refunded it has been Six month since i am following up with various officials in sobha lake garden for Booking amount refund, i am ready for the deduction as per the clause but still there are no responses

Latest Answer: If you request they will not care your feelings. Better file a complaint with state RERA authorities for not refunding booking amount even i am ready for the deduction as per the clause.

Latest Answer: Worst people do not put money with them even if they have provided all documents which is not going to help you. more then 4 to 5 people are already sufferring after investing. I have visted 2 projects, They have no EC and OC which is near to M Halli and One near to B HJalli. Few projects are not approved fully. But when taking money they will say it will get over by 2 years. I paid money at Garuda Blossom the project is still going on from last 2.5 years not much of progress. Now if i asked me to wait for 6 months. Very poor response for owner he escaped everytime whenever I call he will i am not in Bangalore. No guaranty for your money planning to reach out police station and book case under RERA Better to invest on BDA sites at higher price

GPA plot registration
Q: My Uncle purchased a plot in 1995 from a person "A" through GPA and the GPA is registred. from 1995 to Till today my uncle didnt register property on anyone's name. Now, my uncle is wanting to register property on his son name. Can my uncle register property on his son name with out presenece of "A". We know the person A is alive and he has also not sold the same property to anyone from 1995 to till date. Does "A" needs to come and sign the registered deed which my uncle is plannign to do on his son name. Would the deed be valid if we register with out presence of "A"

Latest Answer: Ravindra said it right, for registration of the property Mr/ Mrs A is required. To get a fair idea I would suggest you to take advise from a legal expert.
