I am intrested in Purshasing 1 BHK flat at in WHispering Wind Phase 2

I live in whispering wind phase 1 by the same builder.

Please beware of this group, they are not reliable. They will be very good to you till you take possession, then you will be royally f***** by them.

Manish is a big rogue in their office. He is a dud and brainless fellow. You will lose your cool if you speak to him (this is inevitable since he is the f****r who is involved in all deals)

This f***ing group has taken his buyers in phase 1 to the edge. There is no safety, no housekeeping, no clubhouse, no gym etc for which we have paid him money.

This builder doesnot have money, and plays with customer's money.

Dont buy any property from this group. His prabhat road project is also in a mess. Paschimrang project residents are also in a mess.

I am f***ed nicely by this group. Dont have any choice hence have to hang around and give my a** whenever he wants.

Take care. Look for some other builder, not this one.
