Hi, I purchased a flat in Clearmont A and as you guys are talking about it make me worried. recently the construction after 24th floor is at halt as they are waiting to get permission. Is that something to be concerned?

I had checked this fact before agreement registration & they have confirmed that either through lease or through sale thy hv acquired all development rights except for some area of claramont tower. This was subsequently validated by a lawyer that they have development rights so purchase is legal.

Hi Mr.Santhanam,
Since you are an experiend person, I want you to closly investigate before buying why some of the plots of land included under the project (list included in the contract document) have not been registered by the builder? I booked a flat and realised this fact later. I am unclear about the reasons. if you know, please let me know.

    Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges
