Service Tax refund

Q: Anyone knows about Service tax refund for Jain Naksatra.Looks other Jain buildings like Jain Green Acres,Sudharsana are submitting forms to their association. Did anyone from Naksatra submitted form for Service tax refund?

Accoridbg to the New budget, If it is sale or construction we need to pay service tax.

But in this case ,Jain is not paid the tax to the Government, we can insist to Jain Housing to give the TDS certificates

If you see in the 3rd page you will find certain sets of documents, i.e. the agreement copy sale deed copy and cash flow doc which we got from jains at the time of booking the flat. Take a copy of all the above said document submit to Jain's office. Jains will file for the refund on behalf of you. I have already done this. You can too proceed with the same formalities.

I received a blank Form R from Jain Housing 2 weeks back. It asks lots of details about the service taxes paid. Only Jain Housing should be able to provide those details. I don't understand why they have sent a blank form to us. If you can get some details on the process and procedure, do share here.
