Service Tax refund
Q: Anyone knows about Service tax refund for Jain Naksatra.Looks other Jain buildings like Jain Green Acres,Sudharsana are submitting forms to their association. Did anyone from Naksatra submitted form for Service tax refund?

Latest Answer: Accoridbg to the New budget, If it is sale or construction we need to pay service tax. But in this case ,Jain is not paid the tax to the Government, we can insist to Jain Housing to give the TDS certificates
