the rate at blue ridge now is between 3600-3800 anything below this is o.k.no harm in negotiating @3400 if you have the payments in control

    The builder has delayed the possession for phase 2 for more than a year. How is the builder compensating for that? They should at least compensate for the loss of interest or rental. I am going to talk to the management. The initial feedback I got is not encouraging. If reuired I will go to consumer court too. Other aggreived people are welcome to join.
