The builder has delayed the possession for phase 2 for more than a year. How is the builder compensating for that? They should at least compensate for the loss of interest or rental. I am going to talk to the management. The initial feedback I got is not encouraging. If reuired I will go to consumer court too. Other aggreived people are welcome to join. I bought a 2 BHK flat in Tower 23 in Dec 12 and was commited that registration would be done by Feb 13 but till date registration is not done and every month we are told that registration would be done next month. Has anyone who has booked in towers 18-23 done his/her registration. Please guide. Thanks.
We bought a 3bhk apt in Tower 22, they promised that the registration process was supposed to be in last july 2012, it's been more than a year now, and still no updates or no registration either..we are very frustrated and doubting about our decision too. Anyone in the same boat?
You can lodge a complain against builder in consumer court. Often, builders have an agreement clause that assures buyers a daily damage for delayed possession, but few buyers, if any, invoke it. Click Compensation in Delay of Possession of your Apartment for more details.
