Hi Vijay, Please do extra ground work before buying. I heard that there is some court-case is going on due to land ownership dispute. I also heard that many banks for not providing loans for this complex.

not sure if u bought here or not. but ideally maintenance is nil here. by which i mean only public areas are maintained..if something happens in ur house you are on ur own.
