Does this project has a lot of water leakage or dampness issues Is it a quality investment at all
Q: Planning to buy a 2bhk in SJR park Vista. But it is on 8th floor and has some dampness around kitchen utility. Could anyone talk about if water leakage seepage dampness issues are very common with this project.

HUGE DELAY in SAIBYA STERLING
Q: Project is delayed by ONE year at least. They promised earlier for Apr 2017
No reasons provided by BUILDER.
HE is not giving RENT also.

Project delayed by ONE year.
Poor Quality Railings used in Common Area.
Poor Quality Grills for Window.
Ordinary Doors - Not upto Expectation.
All Bathroom fittings are very BASIC model
Tiles are not from known brands and Tiling work is very BAD.
Finishing work very BAD

About Builder

New Builder. Sold Apartment telling it is a premium project but its a very POOR ONE.

Q: NEW builder in HSR promising luxury property however work is POOR. They are failing to complete project on TIME.

Hi, I have invested 26 lakh 50 thousand for 3 falts with Gurha Kalyan but now i got to know it is a fraud company.
Q: Hi, I have invested 26 lakh 50 thousand for 3 falts with Gurha Kalyan but now i got to know it is a fraud company. All the phone numbers are switched off and the office is also always closed. I am really worried about my hard earned money.. I have filed and FIR already along with hundreds other people. So somebody please advise what can be done for this???

Latest Answer: They have given us affidavit i got it verified from Lawyer, he said documents are valid but now the builder is not answering calls. Office also shutdown. More than 200 people have invested in lakhs :(

Gruha Kalyan is fully fraud company
Q: Gruha kalyan is totally a fraud company, never ever invest your hard earning money with them, nothing you will get. I had booked a flat in their socalled project Rose-2 marathahalli, later cancelled as well. It’s almost 10 months, I am running behind them and struggling to get back my booking amount of 1 lakh rupees, their cheque has been bounced as well. Plz be careful.

Q: There are multiple of questions regarding Gruha Kalyan. Dont ever buy properly. The owner of Gruha Kalyan is co founder of Send my Gift, all black money. They have given chq of INR 4 Lakhs which got bounced after 6 months of follow up.

Latest Answer: No, the chq got bounced. Now I am lodging a FIR. These are cheaters and still they have audacity to sell their flat on weekends, and still people are coming in their trap.
