Hi Siva/Hari,

We are looking to buy a villa in BLR. I came across Alliance group in BLR. I read, online that, most people had bad experience. I also read that things are improving in the development lately. It would be grateful if you can share some experience on Palms@El Dorado? Thank you for your time. I really appreciate for your valuable comments.

Is there any further update? I was told that all approvals are received. Is it only for few types of villas. I am planning to buy santa fe. is it worth a buy. please update.

What type of Villa did you book? I booked Monterray and approvals are still pending for that lot. I am really curious to know more about what you saw at the site. C
