Q:i booked a flat in The Greens, The Indya Estate property in the month of August - 2014. The scheme was that there is no Pre-EMI till possession and the rental amount will be paid in case of any delay happens in completing the work. Last month, I went to Indya Estate for my Pre-EMI dues and Mr. Subhasish Mukherjee promised me that he will settle all my dues once the disbursement from LIC happens. I listened to him and signed on the disbursement letter. It is very sad that Mr. Subhashish Mukherjee is not acting to the promises he gave to me. He promised me to clear my Pre-EMI dues till August-2015. Also, he said he will arrange site visit on Saturday i.e., 5th September to view the current progress and discuss with the Engineers for the required changes. Both didn' happen. I have been calling Mr. Subhasish Mukherjee continuously from last Wednesday. The unfortunate thing is he is not picking my calls and trying to escape. Don't he feel to respond to customers. He is really a coward human being and doesn't have minimum courtesy in addressing our problems. I am very disappointed. I need immediate resolution.

This is the case of all the buyers of the flat in Indyaestate. They have asked me to do the same but listening to your experience, I need to re think about the disbursing the rest of the amount.
Are you planning to take any action against the builder. If Yes do let me know as I am also one of the victim.
If No, can we plan and unite with all the other unfortunate members and take concrete action against them.

Q:I am owner of a flat in The Greens. as an initiative to help people, let me give you the current state. Construction- Builder has completed basic block to extract full value of the flat as slabs are complete.No progress post that. Builder is always telling different stories to the owners. Mostly the executives dont pick up calls, and when they do, they give a vague answer with no definite dates or progress. Employees quit every other month and you dont know whom to talk to. Same concerns are raised on FB group. For a long while now I havent seen one positive comment.Pre EMI- Well, most owners have 2-3 EMIs pending. They started with NEFT and gradually changed it to posting cheques on owners address. You have to keep calling them for cheque and even if you get a cheque its post dated. Now is the cherry on the cake- THE CHEQUE BOUNCES atleast couple of time before you can finally realize the payment.Quality of Contruction- Its the first project of builder with no past experience and as per my view no credibility. So I doubt regarding the quality. Builder launched another project in Devanahalli and its not even begun yet. All I hear around is people cursing themselves for having made this purchase. My Advice- If you like having a KICK in your life you can go ahead and play with danger. Please note, THIS RIDE IS NOT FOR FAINT HEARTED. I have burnt enough blood and now treating this as a lost cause..
