Construction Quality

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK in Nile Valley block 7. However i am being told that teh constuction quality is poor and it will take one year (dec 2010) for teh possession and also that water supply is inadequate. Also, the complete project (amenities) will take 5 years to complete.can anyone please clarify my doubts.

they have 9 blocks...and if eaxh takes 1 yr, how will it get completed by 2012 ?

Yes. As they said, possession for block 7 would be Dec 2010 (grace period one month)

As per my knowledge, construction quality is very good and they are using latest technology which will give good quality with speedy possession.

Not sure about water supply. As of now only bore water is confirmed but they are talking about providing manjeera water also.
They are saying that complete project will be over by 2012 end and each block will take approx 1 year time.
