Q: Janapriya have increased the CARD rates for the Nile Valley project.

My question is; is this project worthwhile at 2050 per sq ft card rate? What are the perceived disadvantages/advantages.
Latest Answer: Super Saver scheme rates have been increased. They have also started booking for block 2. The super saver scheme is applicable for blocks 1,2 & 3. Also as of now there is no manjeera water provision (will take 9-10 months). There is only 1 bore for the entire project as of now (a four inch bore). Which I think would be grossly insufficient for these many apartments.

Q: I have Question regarding high tension wire inside the project premise. Is there any problem from these high tension wires as I have read some articles that the electro magnetic fields generated by these wires is not good for children and cause cancer. Even this theory is controversial but as a matter of fact no one will take a risk with their kids.

Latest Answer: I am not sure about the electro magnetic fields stuff, however, as per the plan, the wires are in the open area and there is no building near to it. So i guess it should be safe.

Also, looks like my mail id is missed passing to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance also informing the details of policy.
