Construction Quality
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK in Nile Valley block 7. However i am being told that teh constuction quality is poor and it will take one year (dec 2010) for teh possession and also that water supply is inadequate. Also, the complete project (amenities) will take 5 years to complete.can anyone please clarify my doubts.

Latest Answer: they have 9 blocks...and if eaxh takes 1 yr, how will it get completed by 2012 ?
