Builder's Track record

Q: I am interested in buying property at Aarohi. Has this builder developed such large scale projects earlier? any info on quality of construction ? Ane web link i can refer to ?

Hi Anil,

This the first residential project started by Teirth Developers however he has many other projects in pipeline. Regarding quality of construction in this particular project, "Aarohi" society has taken its own initiatives and they have their own QC team in place. This QC is present at site and continuously monitors the quality of material and construction activities. Society conducts General Body Meeting almost every moth to provide update on latest developments. We encourage people to take society membership and join our group on CommonFloor. This a recent initiative, hence you might not see many people as member. In case you have any further queries, please get in touch with us.
