Looking to book flats in F/G building in Aarohi

Q: I found the old discussions how people had to suffer in the old project so in doubt about the coming new buildings over there. Can some body help with any info.

Hi ,

I am considering buying a flat in phase 2 of Teerth aarohi that is for sale. Any residents living there if you could give your feedback as this is hard earned money and want to be sure. Any residents feed back will be greatly appreciated

I'm also booked flat in Arohi.
As we found that now flats are ready to move and all cases are sir ed out.
Can anyone pls give your inputs on project.
Should this is safe step towards Arohi

To be honest, TEERTH Realties does not have credibility to be a builder. It is really shame how such people are exploiting customers and still get away. All the Director, heads should return our hard earned money. They had committed so many things at AAROHI but delivered none. Poor Facilities, Poor Infrastructure and built. I request dont spend your money in any of TEERTH Project, before you do that please read all the court cases which has been filed by resident of AAROHI against TEERTH. TEERTH SUCKS !!!

Sus Road is well connected to Katraj - Dehu Road Bypass that further divide Sus Road halfway. Also it connects the area to Pimpri-Chinchwad and the Mumbai through Pune Expressway. Apart from that the Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park in Hinjewadi is about 13 km from Sus Road, making it a residential preference to people working in the IT Industry. the demand is boosting here. But i am not sure whether the area has merged under PMC limit or not, the development on infrastructure will also speed up. Hence it has good potential in terms of price appreciation.

There are lots of issues in Aarohi. e.g. Parking as it is already less than flat count, another is Water, Maintanance. If you havent done registration yet, better u take U turn.
And Height is that builder have already applied for Construction in central Gardern area, looking which u might have purchased property.
Consult existing flat residents.

What is future scope of development in Sus gaon. recently i have bought a flat in sus gaon with area 1167 sq-ft in project "Teerth Arohi" from teerth developers. should i expect a good appreciation of property investment in Sus gaon, as recently it has come under PMC limit?

Even I heard that there is a delay in possession and some consumer case was going on between the society and the builder which I think have been sorted out. I would advice you to go through entire agreement before you register it.
