Q: I am planning to buy a 2 BHK in Kunal Crimson. I wanted to get reviews from people who are staying there about the facilities and neighbouring areas and also feedback about builder.

Construction quality is good. But the builder is extremely slow. Add 1 year at the minimum to whatever deadline he commits.
