Why is Aundh a good investment option? How far is ITI Aundh?

Q: I am very much interested to know how is Aundh from investment point of view and how is the residential market there?

The connectivity of Aundh is great and served by railways and roadways. It is covered by DP Road, Mahadji Shinde Road, ITI Road, and Aundh Baner Link Road which further links it to the Vidyapeeth Road and Baner-Aundh Road on either side.
The area is also a significant hub for business as there are multiple companies, high-end showrooms, high-end health clubs, and recreational outlets.
also, the New Commercial project West Avenue by Raviraj Realty is launched at Opp. PMRDA, Bremen Chowk
So, Aundh is the best place for any business.

Aundh is an affluent suburban area in the north-west of Pune. It is today one of the best residential areas in Pune to live in. It is located very close to the industrial zones and IT Hubs of Pune. In the mid-1990s it has developed significantly as a residential area with proximity to Pune University and the Software Technology Parks Of India complex at Hinjewadi. It is one of the best residential areas in Pune like Koregaon Park can be termed as the best commercial area in Pune. The area is also a major hub for business as there are many companies, high-end showrooms, high-end health clubs and recreational outlets. A variety of residential projects are available in the area and range from affordable to luxurious.
