Q: Is it safe to buy flat with KMF builder, is this project have all the approvals from govt.

Hi we are planning to book an apartment in the B block of Purab Manor,can anyone tell us about the water and power backup facilities in Block A ,so that we can decide on our investment.Thanks in advance.

I am interested in the property what is the status on the re approval. I see few people moved in a-block even with lack of amenities. How is the water issue there?

I hope you read about DS Max. This is not constructed by DS Max. Only recently - If I am right a month back they took the marketing of Purab Manor. It is constructed by KMF Builders and they have all the documents in place. They have reviced plan also approved by BDA. Even the second phase is also approved by BDA. If you need further info, You can call me after 8:00 PM today

Hi Anees.Is it possible to speak to you in person. I am really interested in buying at Poorab Manor but very doubtful after reading bad reviews.

As far as our experience this is a good project. It has BDA approval with current plan. Actually they have got it re-approved after the change in plan. My self and some 20 known people have bought flat here.
