Manusri--- It's a good project coming up. Main you get is the Brand Name (Godrej) & apart from that the facilities they are doing are xclnt. Moreover the construction is being done by L&T.... No comparision from others. Godrej Prakiti is for people Higher Middle Class people & above. So the byers will be all well established community. There will be space, greenery, water bodies etc. The 1359 sq ft 3 BHK flat is really a good one (my personal feeling). Have you purchased ??
