Q:Godrej prokriti will not provide any service tax receipt against my recent purchase at Vindhachal 201 number flat. I urged so many time to give service tax receipt , but the declined to provide. The total money has been grabbed in the name of Service tax.
Latest Answer: If you purchased a ready-to-move flat and building has received Occupancy Certificate, no service tax/VAT is applicable. He has pocketed your money towards Service Tax and VAT. Consult a lawyer and take a legal action against the builder.

1. Shown 95% progress in construction between Dec 2011 to Sep 2013(in less than 2 yrs) and collected 95% Flat cost but shown 5% development in next two years. Therefore, collection of EMI is not linked to construction.
2. Made false promise for handing over repetitively which resulted financial loss of travelling from Delhi to Kolkata.
3. Informed Rs 5000 as incidental charges for registration (Pl check mail dated 06 Sep 15), but collected Rs 7,500 at the time of registration.
4. No constructive effort has been made to rectify the snags pointed out. Through and through crack on concrete wall (visible both sides of the wall at same place) acknowledged by L&T but putty has been filled to cover that crack in concrete. If putty filling is done before handing over the flat, one can imagine what kind of defect rectification will be done during defect liability period of next one year after

Moreover the construction is being done by L&T.... No comparision from others. Godrej Prakiti is for people Higher Middle Class people & above. So the byers will be all well established community. There will be space, greenery, water bodies etc. The 1359 sq ft 3 BHK flat is really a good one (my personal feeling). Have you purchased ??
Latest Answer: Before purchasing any flat from Godrej, you have to very careful. They will not give you any service tax receipt against your payment. As well as they will deduct ST @ 4.15 % instead of 3.75%.
