Never ever buy a Flat in Sidharth Foundations.
I bought a flat on Mar 2008 and still I'm paying only the interest of my Loan, as they didn't hand over the flat yet. When I enquired the status about the completion by last June, they said by Dec 2009, it would be completed. Slowly they postponed every month, now the postponment had turned out to be weeks and still they never change the word of "Postponement".
Its better you buy a flat outside, to have a tension free life.

Last week when I checked with the sales guy, he told couple of flats are newly opened for sale...you may contact the builder...
