Plannig to purchase a 3 BHK in 4 th floor

Q: Hello,I enquired abt the 4th floor pent house and the builder says the cost will be around 72 Lakhs for 1790 Sqft.Is this really worth the cost ?Please guide me.

If you buy a flat from Sidharth Foundations & Housing, you will become one more unfortunate victim for false promise & irresponsible attitude of the promoters. Better not to go for a flat from Sidharth Foundations & Housing. I am prepare to show all the details with photos

Hi Sriram,
Thanks for the email.I rechecked with Sheela.She says the final rate would be 3300 for flat and 1000 for open terrace.Still it woul come out to 67.76 L.This is inclusive for all the things.She says there are no 3 BHK or 2 BHK's available.So I am planning to wait for the Rajakeelpakkam project.Thats the max I could do with these stubborn people.

The cost is too high. As the project is completed, they raised it to this level I believe. But try to negotiate it for 65 laks nett iclusie of car park, registration, service tax, eb, etc., Certainly 72L is way too high for the project and the facilities here...
