It is very sad & unfortunate, till today (23rd August 2011), STP Plant in SIDHARTH NATURA, Medavakkam is not ready for its use. Bad smell coming out from the Sewage Treatment Plant affecting most of the residence and also neighbors. Promoters started doing different tactics to convince the Association, Owners & Residents instead solving this problem

Please don't do that biggest mistake. We are already planning for legal action against promoter for STP Plant & other issues. You will become one more sad victim like us.

PLEASE DON'T GET ATTRACTED BY THE OUTSIDE LOOK. WE ARE FACING LOT OF SERIOUS PROBLEMS. IF YOU BUY YOU WILL BECOME ONE MORE SAD VICTIM. WE ARE PLANNING FOR LEGAL ACTION ON SOME ISSUES INCLUDE STP PLANT
