Q: I would like to know about the alliance orchid springs project, and trustworthiness of builder (Alliance Group). If anyone has already booked an apartment in this community, pls. let me know the pricing details.

Alliance has been promising approval for 4 years and their credibility is very low

The approval of the project is still pending. We are promised by the builder for the nth time that approvals would come by Jun2010. If approval comes, this is a very good project
