delay in completion of project in time

Q: We were told that the project will get completed and handed over in july 2009.As of date the structure has reached only 15th floor.By the end of 2009 structure may get completed.Shall we have a owners meet to push Puravankara for a speedy completion

Puravankara seem famous at never delivering projects on time (delays of 2-3 years at quite normal for them).

Aug 2011 construction of Tower A seems doable. Very hard to get dates from them.

We would also like to know what is the actual state of affairs regarding this project. when ever we ask for a specific date they just stall. we are contemplating some sort of legal action.
