Delay in completion of project
Q: Moon reach owners, I am deeply concerned with Puravankara's approch towards the inordinate delays.

Now they have confirmed possession on March 2012. Almost 2 Years of delay.

Appreciate if we all can communicate. Kindly contact me on vjose2003 at gmail.com.

Note:- I have already registerd for joing the Goup, how ever it is not confirmed yet. Wondering why.

Latest Answer: If you're a member of Purvankara Moonreach then you can become a part of moonreach community. If you belongs to some different apartment, then first you need to be resident of Purvankara Moonreach, then you can easily join their community.

Q: We were told that the project will get completed and handed over in july 2009.As of date the structure has reached only 15th floor.By the end of 2009 structure may get completed.Shall we have a owners meet to push Puravankara for a speedy completion

Latest Answer: Puravankara seem famous at never delivering projects on time (delays of 2-3 years at quite normal for them). Have a look at all the complaints in: http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Puravankara-Builders-925071537 Aug 2011 construction of Tower A seems doable. Very hard to get dates from them.
