Floor Plans

Q: Hi, I have compared the floor plans of Paras, It has some good points....but I think, it need improvement...the utility balcony size to be made bigger, if its width increased, it will make kitchen size and design also better by giving space for another shelf at wall near frdige area.

I think the utility part in kitchen is just another balcony attached as the utility doesn’t have a roof on it.

Well i do agree on that. But in hindsight it's a good idea to have a utility area with the kitchen... avoids the mess & gives a neater look, as opposed to some of the earlier constructions.
