Hi Debanjan!! The builder is quoting 5200/sq-ft AI for all sizes as his first quote. 4K - 4.5K/sq-ft. for a real buyer AI for transfer cases, bigger ones more than 2000/sq-ft could be even less due to dearth of buyers.

Hi all, Received the final demand letter for Tower-27. Couple of additional charges have been mentioned - One Time Electricity Connection Charges, Labour Cess , Core Cutting & DG Indicator Charges. Hi Debanjan, Yes, i received offer of possession for my flat in T24. Builder is not showing flat and insisting to pay first. Further I bought the flat in resale and builder is not ready to pay penalty.
