Review about project and builder.

Q: Hi, I am plannig to buy a flat in this project and want to know about the quality,builder, any issues etc. I am just worried about the water scarcity in that location, so would it be good decision to buy a flat in this location. Whether builder will be able to provide and maitain all the amenitied what he is promising?
