No, they have not got the OC yet for Sai Purvi Mithila, Marathahalli, Bangalore. I think they are waiting for the OC as the construction work has been finished and they are giving its possession by March 2018.

Yes, they have go the OC and CC for Sai Purvi Mithila, Marathahalli, Bangalore. Builder has also mentioned it in their website.

Hello Arjun,
Be careful with Sai Purvi Developers. Their tactic of cheating is different. They quote less price and promise a lot, Once they take the money, they will change the telephone number or will not pick up it. Please visit their project near Hoodi named Purvi Meadows, before proceeding. The buyers occupied the house almost a year back, but they are still to get the car park and amenities for which they paid 2 lakhs.

Yes, I am agreed with Manjula. There are lots of negative reviews against the builder and its construction quality. Do all your due diligence before buying your dream home with Sai Purvi Developers.
Visit the project site, talk with the owners of that society, check all the legal approvals and then go for it.
