please check out the legal isues of the propeties....it seems their is a littigation issue ..the loan is not being approved by all the banks...please check b4 u get into paying the money

I have settled at 2340 per sq ft for a 3BHK. These guys are pretty tough to negotiate with. If anyone is able to achieve lower price than this, please mail me at itzram@gmail.com
