Area sq ft of the apartment
Q: I chekd the aea ofapartment s in B block ..they r cutting 24% of the area for corridors commom area and stais but we will be chargd , soactually the area of the flat what we get will be say less by 24% what is shown in the brochure . Is anyone aware ..why 24% is being cut as other builders cut 15% max.And what if later on we want to ell the aprtment what area will be quoted ..asper measuremnt the aprtmnt will b less thanwhat it says on document,
