I own a 2 BHK in D-type tower at Ansals Aquapolis. Super area is 1470 sq ft.I have so far paid Rs. 17,00,000 to Ansals. I have to pay another Rs 15,00,000 or so to Ansals on the basis of construction. So, the final cost is going to be around Rs. 32,00,000. Please email me at shalabh31@gmail if you are interested.

I am thinking of investing in Aquapolis, but am worried about pace of construction / court case and garbage dump...
Do you have any updates? Is the property still up for sale?

Mr Rohit,

you have invested in this project during 2012 ? I had taken the decision in 2012 and booked a flat. Now repenting.
I've never imagined that customers can be treated like this. No sign of progress in construction ( halted during May'2013).
