buy a 3bhk in blue ridge

Q: Hi I am interested to buy a 3bhk in blue ridge. we came to know that there will b a single swimming pool and a club house for all the residents of towers 1 to 8. do u think it is adequate? which tower will be the best amongst all these 8?

Hi Sandeep, one question for you since you are already an owner. How many aminities are ready till date? There are countless aminities that the builder has mentioned in the layout. Have you already got the possession?

thanks for your reply.as we were told they have just one swimming pool and one club house for towers 1 to 8.have you booked a flat here? what is your opinion?

As I understand, there is one swimmimg pool for 2 towers. I am not sure about club house. Tower 1 is at best location. It is adjascent to river. you can get river view. I do not know whether any flats are available in Tower 1

    The builder has delayed the possession for phase 2 for more than a year. How is the builder compensating for that? They should at least compensate for the loss of interest or rental. I am going to talk to the management. The initial feedback I got is not encouraging. If reuired I will go to consumer court too. Other aggreived people are welcome to join.
