Registrations

Q: I am planning to buy a 3BHK here. However I heard a lot of legal issues with the property. Does any one staying there let me know iuf there are any such issues and also heard that registrations are getting cancelled due to pending civil court cases. Is this true? Has anyone taken loan from SBI for this property?

Hi Amit,
You can go ahead and buy a property here. Any legal issue surfacing can be handled by taking precautions for the same. I have bought a 3 bhk flat here and had also got it registered. The khata is also expected in a month.
