Q: I am buying a flat in Ankur Vihar. Please let me know how house tax will be levied on the flat in the area and where to apply for the same.moreover how is water & electricity situation in the area and how to get connections for the same.

pls bro be aware here from cheater , here sarith verma is a dealer so dont go there , sai property is the firm name . they are biggest example of cheater

Can you please tell me voltage situation. do we require voltage stablizer for home appliances like TV Fridge etc.

Hi Tarun, what is area of flat,
Electricity 15 to 18 hour , and ground water is avialable, you can contact to electicity office.
