Hi Bibhu,
Very pathetic condition of electricity in DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, There is no electricity in day time only 6-8 hours in night. So, avoid this locality and look for some other options nearby. Sewer water blockage another major area of concern.

Hi,
Very Bad place to live or invest. No appreciation, only dealer's are increasing the property rates there. Society is getting worse with more low income group residents. Not safe for females. Lot's of illegal cases are happening in the society. Stay away from this society and look for some better options nearby.

Yes, and please consider surrounding also, if you are buying for end use purpose, this area is surrounding by rural and low income group. Yamuna flood is the major concern. Border of UP is very near and it has close proximity to Karawal Nagar, Mustafabad, Khajuri Bhajanpura inhabitants are not very far. Don't expect that you will get any malls, good hospitals, showrooms, eating outlets and no proper transport facilities.

I am agree with Mr. Jain. This is the worst area in Ghaziabad for family living. There is no chance for price appreciation as this area is under Nagar Palika and you all aware that Nagar Palika is running totally out of money. Better, go for Rajendra Nagar or Shalimar Garden where rate in comparison to Ankur Vihar are marginal high side but have better approach road, good infrastructural development and all daily basic necessities are nearby.
