maintenance chargs

Q: Hi,
I am planning to buy 2075 sq flat in prestige Shantiniketan.To calculate my montlhy expenses I would like to know the rough figure of monthly maintenance charges that it is going to have once association is formed.I appreciate your response.

the maintenance has not yet started, its been paid by flat owner for a year. When it starts it would me close to 2 rs per sqft.yassar
