maintenance chargs
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy 2075 sq flat in prestige Shantiniketan.To calculate my montlhy expenses I would like to know the rough figure of monthly maintenance charges that it is going to have once association is formed.I appreciate your response. Regards, Rupes

Latest Answer: the maintenance has not yet started, its been paid by flat owner for a year. When it starts it would me close to 2 rs per sqft.yassar
