Info needed on Kirti Elegant

Q: Hi,I am one of the interested buyers in a 2BHK flat in Kirti Elegant. Can someone please provide your views on:
1. Current Water situation?
2. Feeddback on the builder?
3. The quality of construction
4. Security issues?
5. How convinient is it to get daily needs grocery?
6. Has the soc. been formed and how much is per month maintenance cost?

Hi Kunal,
I own a 2BHK in Kirti Elegant 2. I no longer live in Pune so have rented it out.
Replies below:
1. Current Water situation? No issues at all.
2. Feeddback on the builder?
He was very professional. It was his first construction project (earlier he was solely into plots) and he has done a very good job.
3. The quality of construction
Excellent. I am very happy with my purchase
4. Security issues?
None heard from my tenant.

5. How convinient is it to get daily needs grocery?
When I left Pune (Feb 2007) you needed a bike / car to live in Kirti Elegant as you had to commute to Baner to get groceries. However I think now there may be shops nearby although i am not sure as I havent been to Pune for a long time. (Planning to go there in Aug 2010)
6. Has the soc. been formed and how much is per month maintenance cost? Not formed yet i think and we have paid 5 years maintenance in advance
