when construction will start???

Q: i was promised when i booked in feb 2010 a 2 bedroom in paradie mapsko it will start building end of jun or july?

i am reachable via e mail.yes its kind of delays which seems unfair by mapsko as our project is concerned .we all agree on that.
we need to hear they will start construction.it was july then aug then sept.

I also called up mapsko guys for agreement...and sep end is the date of agreement as per their info... can we all have contact numbers of each other to get unite against mapsko for any malpractice..

I have invested in mapsko paradise for my own use...
Please let me know if there is any existing group available for paradise owners... or shd we start a new???

i got e mail saying monsoon finish they will start construction.i think its delay and frutrating excuses.what to do ?

I had called up mapsko yesterday...they are saying agreement will be ready end of september...looks like it will atleast be october to get the agreement.

i got e mail from one emplyee of mapsko builders saying they start construction end of aug also agreement document will be ready by end of oct thi year 2010.this e mail i received 2 days back only.i agree with u .rain wont let work start but why they making it late?
no i dont have any news from bank loan yet ...does anybody know better???/
its frustrating delays already,also no update given abt this project on website,cassa bella construction file only and that too dont get updated for months.they should give us updated info

To me they had mentioned that construction will start close to August, which seems unlikely as they wont start construction in rains... So probably, by Sep or Oct is the earliest when we can expect the construction...
BTW, any information on loan approval? Is any bank giving loans already?
