Hi, the location of the project is superb , direct access from NH-8 Expressway & Dwarka Expressway, just 1 km distance from upcoming ISBT & Metro Depot + 5 metro stations within 3kms radius.
Hence the appreciation of the project is good. The area will also develop very quickly. The project is already close to Malls, SEZs, IT Parks, Hotels and other Colonies etc.

Hi, the builder is quoting Rs 4100/- sq ft and also the extra charges like parking and all are extra. Although being such a location, the price is good enough and good project to invest also.

Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium etc.

See, my frnd, the expected possession is on 2014 Dec. But i would like to tell you that, keep 6 months on hand as a grace period.

Hi, Mr Barman, yes, the project is ongoing now. I had a word with the sales executive and they said that, it will take another 1 year to complete the full structure and water and electricity. The towers from A to G are completed. Now the painting and all are going on.
